Hey, guys, I found a way to make this work! Put all files from the 3.zips (pistol animations, rifle animations, and the fomm installer) into a SINGLE.zip (so inside you should have these folders: 1HPistolAimed, Core Animations, fomod, images, and Optional Stances). The.zip manager you use should put the animations together, so if you look in your Core Animations folder, under meshes, characters, 1stpersonm you should see a bunch of files that start with '1h' and lower down in the folder files that start with '2h' - this means that you're all good. Then you load it into NMM manually (I'd store the 3 original files OUTSIDE of your normal downlaod directory, or you might run into an install error where it tries to load like 3 versions of it at once) - then install it (it'll still be called 'Weapon Animation Replacers FOMOD' in the list). @kamsolastoryou did it wrong, maybe if you actually read to readme:Download the animationsOk, first thing to do is to download the animation files we need from the Weapon Animation Replacers page on Nexus.For the purposes of this tutorial we will need two files:The Commando - Rifle Animation PackThe Professional - Pistol Animation PackSo download these two files and place them both in their own folder (meaning the.rar's NOT the contents). NMM isn't even fully functional yet as it's still a beta ( not to mention that FOMM doesn't need special versions of files to install them ) but i'm done with Skyrim anyway because swinging swords and using my magic just isn't fun anymore for me, even with all my stat's at max and all perks, so i can see that you want an all in one program.Edited by allmightysausage, 02 February 2012 - 01:42 AM. Downloading the files AS IS from the Nexus no longer gives a rar file for the two sources. It gives 7z files.Changing the metadata.xml file to point to these new files, or uncompressing and recompressing as a rar is required for this fomod package to work correctly. This is an eventuality that is NOT covered in the User Manual.So you yes, it does seem rude, sausage, if only because you assume the user is stupid and isn't following instructions, instead of checking up on what he says.

It does not have a tenth the power of FOMM, even if it is made by some of the same people. Do not use it with FOMOD installers. Do not trust it to fix your game. Do not install it to the same place as FOMM. Do not use it unless you like headaches.Maybe in a few months it will be finalized and worth your time, but for now it is just one more reason to have your game break on you.I know half of you are here because you are fans of Gopher, and he recommends using NMM.
