If I were you, I would stick with fixing up the leak maps on the TAP engine and decompiling the retail models to import them into the beta engine. Don't try to backport stuff, you will never finish it. It's too monstrous a task.To be fair, the original leaked source code only supports v36 models and under and TAP did implement v37 model support. In fact, they didn't have to change that much to add it, the only files directly involved are 'publicstudio.h' and 'gamesharedbonesetup.cpp', both of which are included in Source SDK which is public.Although there is pretty much no point in TAP ever since Source 2007 code has been leaked in 2012.

It's really a catch 22 here:1) You go with the 2013 SDK / 2007 code and have to fight converting v37 models and content over.-or-2) You go with the 2004 leak code and have to fight the terrible engine code.I initially said stick with the leak code because I assumed you didn't know how to program. If you are actually good at programming, Hogsy's suggestion is the better option. Doubly so now that we have proper model decompilers for Source (Crowbar being one of them).Crowbar doesn't decompile v37 models yet, though. Still, I prefer fighting converting old models over fighting beta engine.
